BKT Smart offers banking services for individual and business customers that are fast and secure, accessible anytime, anywhere on your smartphone, eliminating the need to visit BKT branches or use a computer.

The BKT Smart application is compatible with iOS and Android operating systems. System Software 4.0 supports the full functionality of this application. For software versions below 4.0, BKT cannot ensure complete access to the application.

Accessing BKT Smart requires an internet connection, available through any mobile operator or Wi-Fi.

Upon completion of the registration process in BKT Smart or the Online Branch, you can log in to BKT Smart using your created password. Subsequently, you can enable biometric data and Smart FNP for quicker authentication.

BKT Smart allows users to locate ATMs and the nearest BKT branches without logging into the application.

These services are offered in both Albanian and English languages.

Through the BKT Smart platform, you can track information about your accounts, overdrafts, loans, debit and credit cards, deposits, and automatic bill payments. Additionally, you can make payments for credit cards, bills, top-ups, traffic fines, taxes, customs duties, insurance policies (TPL, property insurance, health insurance, travel health insurance, etc.), transfer money between your accounts or towards other accounts within or outside BKT. Furthermore, you have the option to open new accounts, deposits as well as perform currency exchanges at preferential rates.
